Understanding Rolling Funding

Rolling Funding is a flexible capital product that replenishes as you pay Clearco. Instead of one large lump sum that is available for use, your available funding capacity replenishes over time — giving you continuous access to capital as you make payments.

Am I eligible for Rolling Funding?

Eligibility for Rolling Funding is based on your business’s financial health, revenue performance, and payment history with Clearco. If you are a current Clearco customer, you can submit eligible invoice(s) and we will let you know if you qualify for Rolling Funding.

How does Rolling Funding differ from the Fixed Funding product?

Below are the key differences:

  • Fixed Funding (Cash advance or Invoice Funding) provides you, or a vendor, with a single funding amount that does not refill as you make weekly payments. Once you use it, it will not replenish until your capacity is refreshed. Submit eligible invoice(s) for review to get re-approved.

  • Rolling Funding refills your capital automatically, as you pay weekly. That provides flexibility, especially if your business has ongoing funding needs.

FAQ

What is the payment period to Clearco?

Rolling Funding follows the same weekly payment schedule as our other funding product — weekly payments for 4 to 12 months. However, every payment to Clearco unlocks more available funds with the Rolling Funding product.

How does this affect my available capacity? Or how much can I have available?

Every time you make a payment, your available funding increases. For example, if you pay $5,000 this week, you could unlock $5,000 back into your available capacity, depending on your fee structure, and payment behavior.

Would I be able to choose between products?

In many cases, yes! If you’re eligible for both Fixed Funding (Cash advance or Invoice Funding) and Rolling Funding — Our team will present you with both options based on your business needs.

What product makes the most sense for me?

It depends on your business model:

  • Rolling Funding is best if you need consistent access to capital — e.g., to cover inventory, ads, or recurring expenses.

  • Fixed Funding (Cash advance or Invoice Funding) works well for one-time, larger investments with a clear start and end — like a seasonal push or product launch.

How does this impact my weekly payments?

Your weekly payments may be smaller with Rolling Funding, and may grow based on the amount of Rolling Funding used. We built this to avoid overburdening your cash flow and to give you flexibility.

Why is my Funding Capacity lower on the Rolling Funding Product?

Rolling Funding may offer a slightly lower available capacity upfront so your weekly payments remain manageable and don’t stretch your budget. Please note that your limit grows as you pay Clearco.

Can I pay early and unlock more?

Yes! Unlike Fixed Funding (Cash advance or Invoice Funding), Rolling Funding rewards early payment. If you pay your advance sooner, you’ll unlock more available funding without waiting for a full cycle. It’s designed to keep your capital flowing as your business grows.
