Guide to accessing Clearco documents

The Documents tab is your one-stop shop for all documents associated with your Clearco account.  For information on accessing your Payment and Spend history, please see our Help Center article here. 

Many of the documents you provide to Clearco such as Corporate Documents, EIN Docs, Financial Statements, Asset & Liability documents, Bank Statements and Void Cheques. Contracts and ACH will be available for viewing and downloaded as well. We look forward to supporting additional documents in the future. 

You will find 5 tabs that sort the document categories:

• All

• Business

• Financial

• Bank

• Contracts

Uploading Documents

When you are prompted to upload documents, you can either select the appropriate category of the document, or upload in the All tab.

1. Click Upload Document 

2. Select the corresponding file type you would like to upload. 

3. Click Submit 
   
   
   
   

3. Verify the document has been uploaded. 

Viewing & Downloading Contracts

To access signed contracts or ACH agreements, this can be done from the Documents tab, under Contracts.

Note: Please note that users cannot sign contracts on this page. Users will receive Clearco-required contracts via e-mail.

1. You can search or apply any filters, such as Type of contract.
   
   
   

2.   You will see a list of the corresponding documents based on your search and filters. 

3. To view or download, click the hyperlink of the document Name to open in a separate tab.

4. Click the Download icon.
